At the point of booking we require a Credit Card Number, Expiry Date, and the last three numbers of the security code on the reverse, Name on the card and the Issue number for Switch Cards. A deposit equivalent to the first nights stay will be charged to this card, on completion of this transaction your confirmation will be sent out to you either by post or email. This deposit is non-refundable, however should you wish to cancel, and provided you have given 48 hour notice, the deposit will be kept for a 6 month period to allow you to re-book at a later date. Should cancellation be made less than 48 hours prior to you arrival date, no re-booking will be permitted.
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and the Hotel. Any reservation or part thereof cancelled within the 48 hour policy will be charged for.
Stanwell House reserves the right to cancel any bookings should extenuating circumstances or errorsoccur preventing them from proceeding. Please note this is not good for business and would only be through emergency or within ample notice to source an alternative. Stanwell House will not be liable for any losses occurring as a result of such action.
