CAR PARK - Please note that the hotel now has a small car park for approx 12 car, this is on a first come, first served basis. Alternatively a public pay & display car park can be found opposite the hotel. The cost is approx £5.00 for 24 hours. Parking on the high street in front of the hotel is free between the hours of 6.00pm and 10.00am Monday - Friday, Free all day Sunday (no time restrictions apply) On Friday nights NO parking on the high street is permitted, due to the Saturday Charter Market. Valet parking can be arranged in advance with reception.

At the point of booking we require a Credit Card Number, Expiry Date, and the last three numbers of the security code on the reverse, Name on the card and the Issue number for Switch Cards. A deposit equivalent to the first nights stay will be charged to this card, on completion of this transaction your confirmation will be sent out to you either by post or email. This deposit is non-refundable, however should you wish to cancel, and provided you have given 48 hour notice, the deposit will be kept for a 6 month period to allow you to re-book at a later date. Should cancellation be made less than 48 hours prior to you arrival date, no re-booking will be permitted.
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and the Hotel. Any reservation or part thereof cancelled within the 48 hour policy will be charged for.
Stanwell House reserves the right to cancel any bookings should extenuating circumstances or errors occur preventing them from proceeding. Please note this is not good for business and would only be through emergency or within ample notice to source an alternative. Stanwell House will not be liable for any losses occuring as a result of such action.
